Purpose
The Master's Institute School of Ministry (SOM) is designed to strengthen, transform and mobilize the body of Christ by providing leadership and biblical training for effective Kingdom ministry in the local church and/or the workplace.
Core Values
School of Ministry is one program of The Master's Institute (MI). MI's overarching vision, mission, and core values are naturally an integrated part of this program along with the following values of SOM:
- Being a Safe Place for Growth and Transformation
- Discovering Destinies and Releasing Gifts
- Experiential and Engaged Learning
Training and Equipping Programs
- Classes run from fall to mid-May.
- Integration of Scripture through class topics and exercises.
- Experiential learning through interactive lectures, classroom discussion, prayer and reflective papers.
- Faculty who are passionate about their subjects, skilled in their teaching and educated in Scripture.
