The program is normally completed in three years but it can be customized to accommodate student needs and level of experience or previous education.
- Attend 86 seminars during the three years (six years for half-time students).
- Write and present a (Theology, Biblical or Leadership) research paper each year.
- Participate in three or more years of Spiritual & Character Formation, including spiritual disciplines, prayer retreats, mentoring and small group communities.
- Take three or more years of Scripture Practicum.
- Participate in three years of Leadership Training at a local church or para-church ministry.
- Participate in one local Inter-Cultural training and outreach and one international Inter-Cultural training and outreach.
- Develop a “Toolbox for Ministry”.
