What degree is confered upon graduation?

Graduates receive a Master of Divinity (MDiv) Degree along with letters of recommendation from some of the faculty and staff of MI, their mentor or the church at which they interned.

Graduation Disclaimer

The Master’s Institute retains the right to withhold graduate status from a student if at the time of assumed graduation the student has demonstrated an unwillingness to address serious issues of character and wholeness.  The Master’s Institute retains the right to make this decision even if a student has completed all academic and internship requirements, recognizing that Christian leaders must be equipped and prepared in matters of academics, leadership, character and spiritual maturity.  This is a matter of protecting the student from foreseen or potential ministry or personal collapse as well as a matter of integrity for The Master’s Institute.  The responsibility and authority for this determination rests with the President of The Master’s Institute in conference with the Director, Spiritual and Character Formation and Dean of Students.
