For more than 10 years, Ron has been one of the main motivational research speakers and workshop leaders at the annual National Christian Counselors Association conference for international counseling leaders. After being ordained August 8, 1982, I have served in rural parishes for eight years and it will soon be twelve years in urban ministry.
