One-year Ministry Training Program

  • Integration of Scripture by using Bible study skills while learning the method and practice of understanding, receiving and applying Scripture to daily life.
  • Experiential learning through interactive lectures, classroom discussion, prayer and reflective papers.
  • Faculty who are passionate about their subjects, skilled in their teaching and educated in Scripture.
  • A broad "brush stroke" of classes encompassing a balanced approach to foundational topics in ministry training.

  • Mentoring
  • Teaching on aspects of spiritual formation in the classroom
  • Small group interaction

 

  • Classes are taught from a solid Biblical perspective
  • Classes on Bible Study Methods
  • Scripture readings in preparation for class
  • Integrating Scripture throughout the weekly teachings
  • Occurs as students establish relationships with leaders in their own congregation and participate in ministry opportunities and responsibilities on a volunteer basis.

FALL Orientation

The school-year begins with all students attending Fall Orientation Day. Usually held on a Saturday from 9am to 4pm, this day is designed to give the students an opportunity for fellowship and to receive an overview and expectations for the year. This time may also be used for brief instruction and will include a time of question and answer.
